Karaoke nights became a notable ticket sales driver for the production, with the online fan community consistently converting to in-person attendance
Managed social media and on-camera live coverage for Waitress the Musical's fan karaoke nights on Broadway — one of the most followed theatrical productions on Instagram at the time.
